Cypress Medical Solutions primary goal is to provide the patient with comforting “hands on” approach to innovative treatments plans. We strive to provide the best services to our patients and clients in a timely and professional manner.
Craig R. Wade, MD
Medical Liaison
Craig R. Wade is a licensed Internal Medicine Physician, with over 10 years of experience. In total, Dr. Craig Wade has been in the medical profession for over 25 years. Dr. Craig Wade is certified in Hyperbaric treatment, Botox and Filler Injections, Peptide Therapy, along with Hormone Replacement Therapy. Dr. Wade is committed to his craft and actively seeks out new and exciting therapies to offer his patients to maximize their health, sporting activities and daily social events. Dr. Wade’s passion and commitment is in improving his client’s health and their outcomes, which will allow his patient’s to be the best people they can be. With Cypress Medical Solutions, he leads this organization in the capacity of Medical Liaison. Dr. Wade has been married to his wife Ralna, for over 27 years and they have 3 children. Dr. Wade loves spending time with his family and friends. He enjoys outdoor activities such as fishing, biking, and watching his children play a variety of school and recreational sports. Dr. Wade also enjoys attending local Mardi Gras parades and events with his family and friends, in and around Houma, Louisiana.
Jason S. Collins
Chief Nursing Officer
Jason Collins is originally from Patterson, Louisiana. Being raised by a mother who was a nurse, Jason knew at an early age that he wanted to have a career in the healthcare profession. In 2001, Jason graduated from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. He began working in local emergency room departments around Lafayette, Louisiana in his first year as being a nurse. Jason then moved to California in 2002, to begin a career in travel nursing. While working in many different emergency room departments and trauma centers while traveling, helped prepare Jason for a future career as a nurse practitioner. With his last assignment, Jason finished his traveling career at Charity Hospital in New Orleans, Louisiana, working nights in the trauma department where he seen plenty of casualties. It was then that Jason decided then it was time to continue his education. Jason graduated from the University of South Alabama in 2006. He has been a Family Nurse Practitioner for over 18 years. In those years, Jason has practiced in primary care, emergency medicine, otolaryngology, and urgent care. With Cypress Medical Solutions, Jason leads this organization in the capacity of Chief Nursing Officer. Jason has been married to his wife Beth for 23 years. They have 3 children, Tyler, Hannah and Layla. In Jason’s spare time, he enjoys spending time with family, fishing, hunting, and attending to sporting events.
Jeremy J. Breaux
Chief Administrative Officer
Jeremy J. Breaux, is a native and resident of Gheens, Louisiana. He graduated from Nicholls State University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Throughout his career, Jeremy has held leadership roles and has owned businesses in the Medical Industry, as well as in the Construction Industry. Jeremy is President for the Board for the Vacherie-Gheens Community Center. He also has been a member of several other boards within the local medical community, such as the Bayou Region Alzheimer’s Services and the Senior Networking Organization (SNO). With Cypress Medical Solutions, he leads this organization in the capacity of Chief Administrator Officer. Jeremy has been married to his wife Kristin for 14 years. They have 3 children, Tucker, Sawyer, and Walker. In his spare time, Jeremy enjoys spending time with family, working out, hunting, boating, attending sports events, and going on beach vacations.
Tyrrell W. Reinhardt II
Chief Operating Officer
Tyrrell Reinhardt is a native of Raceland and a resident of Lafayette, Louisiana. He graduated from Nicholls State University with a General Studies Degree in 1995 and a Nursing Degree in 1999. In his professional career, Tyrrell has owned various businesses and has held leadership roles in the Hospitality, Oil & Gas and Medical Industry. With Cypress Medical Solutions, he leads this organization in the capacity as Chief Operating Officer. Throughout his life, Tyrrell has devoted his time and energy to various charitable organizations and fundraisers to help others in need. In his free time, he loves spending time with family, friends, and his dog Charlie. Tyrrell also enjoys working out, cooking, fishing, hunting, traveling, and attending sporting events.
Amelia St. Marie
Aesthetician
Amelia St. Marie is a graduate of the Aveda Institute of New Orleans. She has been practicing esthetics since 2012. Amelia specializes in waxing, facial treatments and skin care. Amelia enjoys the challenge of creating skin care regimens and facial treatments tailored to individual wants and concerns. She has certifications in laser treatments, radio frequency treatments, chemical peels, oxygen treatments, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, and micro needling. Amelia has a passion for skincare and beauty. Her goal is to make everyone feel comfortable and leave her table feeling more confident. Amelia has 2 teenage children, along with 3 rescue dogs that are her world. Amelia spends the majority of her free time making memories with her children, traveling to random destinations and exploring all this world has to offer.
