Cypress Medical Solutions primary goal is to provide the patient with comforting “hands on” approach to innovative treatments plans. We strive to provide the best services to our patients and clients in a timely and professional manner.
Tyrrell Reinhardt II
Chief Operating Officer
Tyrrell W. Reinhardt II, a native of Raceland and a resident of Lafayette, Louisiana, graduated from Nicholls State University with a General Studies Degree in 1995 and a Nursing Degree in 1999. In his professional career, Tyrrell has held leadership roles in the Hospitality, Oil &; Gas and Medical Industry. With Cypress Medical Solutions, he leads this organization in the capacity of Chief Operating Officer. Throughout his life, Tyrrell has devoted his time to various charitable organizations and fundraisers to help others. In his free time, he loves spending time with family, friends, and his dog Charlie. Tyrrell also enjoys cooking, fishing, hunting, traveling, and attending sporting events.
Jason Collins
Chief Nursing Officer
I was raised in Patterson, LA. Being raised by a mother that was a nurse, I knew from an early age that I wanted to have a career in healthcare. In 2001, I graduate from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree. I began working in emergency departments within Acadiana for the next year. I moved to California in 2002 to begin travel nursing. Working in many different emergency departments and trauma centers definitely prepared me for my future career as a nurse practitioner. I finished my last assignment at “Big Charity” in New Orleans working nights on the trauma side. I decided then it was time to continue my education and I graduated from the University of South Alabama in 2006. I have been a Family Nurse Practitioner for 17 years. In those years I have practiced in primary care, emergency medicine, otolaryngology, and urgent care. I have been married to my wife Beth for almost 22 years. We have 3 children, Tyler(18), Hannah (15), and Layla (9). In my spare time (when I have some) I enjoy spending time with family, fishing, hunting, and going to sporting events.
Jeremy J Breaux
Chief Administrative Officer
Jeremy J Breaux, a native and resident of Gheens, Louisiana, graduated from Nicholls State University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. Throughout his career, Jeremy has held ownership and leadership roles in the Medical Industry as well as in Construction. Jeremy is the President of the Board for the Vacherie-Gheens Community Center. Jeremy has sat on several boards within the local Medical community such as the Bayou Region Alzheimer’s Services and the Senior Networking Organization(SNO). With Cypress Medical Solutions, he leads this organization in the capacity of Chief Administrator Officer.
Jeremy has been married to his wife Kristin for 13 years. They have 3 children, Tucker, Sawyer, and Walker. In his spare time, Jeremy enjoys spending time with family, working out, hunting, boating, sports, and beach vacations
Amelia St. Marie

A graduate of the Aveda Institute of New Orleans, I have been practicing esthetics since 2012. I specialize in waxing, facial treatments, and skin care. I enjoy the challenge of creating skin care regimens and facial treatments tailored to individual concerns. I have numerous certifications in laser, radio frequency treatments, chemical peels, oxygen treatments, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, and micro needling. I have a passion for skincare and beauty. My goal is to make everyone feel comfortable and leave my table feeling more confident. I have 2 teenage children and 3 rescue dogs that are my world. I spend the majority of my free time making memories with them while we travel to random places and explore all this world has to offer.
Dr. Craig Wade

Dr. Craig Wade is an internal medicine physician with over 9 years of experience. Dr. Wade has been involved in the medical field for over 25 years. Dr. Wade is committed to the improvement of clients’ lives and outcomes for the best possible person you can be. Dr. Wade has been married to his wife Ralna for 26 years, has 3 children, and loves spending time with his family. He enjoys outdoor activities that include fishing, biking, and watching his children play multiple sports. He enjoys Mardi Gras with his family and friends in Houma LA. Dr. Wade is certified in hyperbaric, Underwater diving, and injection of botox and fillers. he also is certified in peptide therapy. Dr. Wade is committed to his craft and actively seeks out new and exciting therapies to offer his patients to maximize their health, sports, and beach vacations.
